Enterprise · Cloud & identity review

Most cloud breaches are not zero-days. They are identity.

Cloud environments rarely fall to clever exploits — they fall to a role with too much access, a storage bucket left open or a service account nobody remembers creating. We review your cloud and identity estate end to end and give you a prioritised path to least privilege.

What we test

  • Identity and access: IAM roles, policies, service accounts, SSO and MFA coverage
  • Account and organisation structure, guardrails and policy-as-code
  • Network exposure: security groups, public endpoints, peering and private links
  • Data stores: storage buckets, databases, backups and encryption settings
  • Compute and containers: Kubernetes RBAC, workload identity, image hygiene
  • Logging, monitoring and alerting coverage for the events that matter
  • CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code pipelines as an attack path

What you get

  • Prioritised findings with the exact resource, setting and fix for each
  • Least-privilege roadmap your platform team can execute in sprints
  • Benchmark alignment (CIS, cloud-provider well-architected security pillars)
  • Executive summary and a verification review after remediation

Who it is for

Teams running production workloads on AWS, Azure or GCP — especially those that grew quickly, migrated recently, or need evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001 or customer due diligence.

Review or test?

A configuration review reads your environment with read-only access and finds the structural problems fast. A cloud penetration test then proves which of them an attacker could actually use. We offer both and usually recommend the review first.

Engagement

How an engagement runs

01

Scope

We agree targets, rules of engagement and what success looks like — in writing, before anything starts.

02

Recon

We map your full attack surface the way an adversary would, not just the assets you remembered to mention.

03

Exploit

We attempt real exploitation and chain small weaknesses into business-level impact.

04

Report

You get prioritised findings, proof-of-concept and remediation steps a developer can act on today.

05

Retest

We verify every fix so issues stay closed — and you get a clean report to show customers.

FAQ

Questions about cloud & identity review

What access do you need?

Read-only, security-audit level access to the accounts in scope. We provide the exact role or policy to grant, and you can revoke it the moment we are done.

Do you cover multi-cloud and hybrid?

Yes. Many clients run two providers plus on-premises identity; the identity boundary between them is often where the biggest findings are.
